Control who sees your profile

You decide how visible you are on TalnFlo.

Visibility settings

Open Settings and choose Privacy. From there you can:

• Choose whether recruiters can find you in search.
• Turn your public Card on or off.
• Hide your profile from specific companies, such as your current employer.

Hiding from your current employer

Add the company under hidden companies. Recruiters at that company won't see you in search results. If your employer uses a recruiting agency, hide the agency too.

Applying still shares your profile

When you apply to a job, that company's recruiter sees your application. Visibility settings control search, not applications you send yourself.
