Tell Scout where, how and for how much you want to work.
Your preferences shape which jobs Scout considers before it ranks anything.
Where to find them
Open Settings and choose Job preferences.
What you can set
- Roles and titles you're looking for.
- Location, and whether you want remote, hybrid or on-site work.
- Salary range, so Scout skips roles that don't fit.
- Seniority and the kinds of companies you're interested in.
When changes take effect
Scout reads your preferences when it ranks jobs overnight. Change them today and you'll see the difference in tomorrow morning's matches.
If your matches drift away from what you want, your preferences are the first place to look.
