How Today's matches work
Scout ranks your top 100 jobs and shows you a few new ones each morning.
Every night, Scout checks hundreds of open jobs against your profile and preferences. It ranks your top 100, and each morning you get five new matches on your Dashboard.
Why five a day
Five is enough to act on before lunch. You review each one properly instead of scrolling past fifty.
Reading a match
Each match shows:
- The fit score, like 94%. See "What your fit score means" for how it's built.
- Where you apply. "On TalnFlo" means one click. "Careers page" means Scout builds a packet and you finish on the company's site.
- Why Scout picked it, in a line or two.
Not a fit?
Pass on a match and tell Scout why. It uses that to rank tomorrow's list.
