Every application in one place, with the stage it's in.
Applications lists every job you've applied to, on TalnFlo or through a packet.
Stages
- Applied: your application is in.
- Reviewing: the recruiter is looking at it.
- Interview: you've been invited to interview. The interview shows up on your Calendar.
- Offer: congratulations.
- Declined: the role went another way.
Jobs on TalnFlo move through stages as the recruiter works. For careers-page jobs, you update the stage yourself, since the company's process happens on their site.
Hearing back
Recruiters can message you directly in Messages. If an application has been quiet for a while, a short, polite follow-up in Messages is fine. Recruiters manage a lot of candidates, and silence usually means busy, not no.
